The Algonquin Apartments were purchased in 2002 by Daejan Holdings and have worked with the City of Baltimore’s Board of Municipal and Zoning Appeals to convert this historic office building into a luxury residence.

The architectural firm of Kann Partners is working with Daejan to preserve its original details including paneling, moldings and terra cotta features on the exterior. The architects and owners are among the first to manage restorations that comply with Baltimore’s new requirements for sustainable design.
